1. Bookings and Reservations

  1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by TonX Travel.

  2. By confirming a booking, you warrant that all information provided is accurate and complete.

  3. Any incorrect or incomplete information may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.

  4. Booking confirmation is not a guarantee until full payment is received and confirmed by TonX Travel.

2. Payment Terms

  1. All payments must be made in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  2. We accept payment via major credit/debit cards, mobile money, and bank transfers.

  3. Payment disputes or chargebacks without prior notification to TonX Travel may result in suspension of services and denial of refunds.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

  1. All bookings are generally non-refundable. Please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for detailed rules.

  2. Exceptional circumstances may be considered at the discretion of TonX Travel, but refunds are not guaranteed.

  3. Cancellations, no-shows, or changes made without prior approval are entirely at the customer’s expense.

4. Travel Requirements

  1. Travelers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and any other required travel documents.

  2. Failure to meet travel requirements does not entitle the customer to a refund.

  3. Travelers are responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations during their trip.

5. Health, Safety, and Insurance

  1. TonX Travel prioritizes safety but cannot guarantee against all risks associated with travel.

  2. Travelers are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for medical emergencies, cancellations, and lost property.

  3. TonX Travel shall not be liable for any injury, illness, or loss incurred during travel, except where caused by our proven negligence.

6. Liability and Indemnity

  1. TonX Travel is not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, or losses caused by third-party service providers, weather, political events, or force majeure.

  2. Travelers agree to indemnify and hold TonX Travel harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their actions or failure to comply with these terms.

  3. Our liability is limited to the cost of the affected service only and does not extend to indirect or consequential damages.

7. Intellectual Property

  1. All content on the TonX Travel website, including text, images, logos, and videos, is the property of TonX Travel and protected by copyright laws.

  2. Unauthorized use or reproduction of any content is prohibited without prior written consent.

8. User Conduct

  1. Users agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

  2. Harassment, abusive behavior, or violation of other travelers’ rights may result in cancellation of services without refund.

9. Changes to Terms

  1. TonX Travel reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

  2. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Zambia.

  2. Any disputes arising from the use of our services or website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Zambian courts.
